Meet one of the standout features on the Vegan Dining Week menu at SŌW Plated - the Organic Cauliflower Steak, a hearty, plant-forward entrée that proves vegetables can be just as satisfying as any traditional main course.

Roasted to perfection and finished with a rich tahini maple glaze, creamy butternut squash purée, and a savory-sweet hazelnut raisin caponata, this dish delivers bold flavor, beautiful texture, and lasting nourishment in every bite.

During Columbus Vegan Dining Week, happening April 19 through April 25, you can order each dish individually or create your own spread - delicious appetizers, vibrant salads, satisfying main courses, and even dessert.

It’s a flexible, approachable way to explore more plant-forward options and discover new favorites at your own pace.

This is your chance to explore vibrant vegan dishes made with thoughtfully sourced ingredients - perfect for sampling something new or enjoying your longtime favorites in a fresh way.

Featured specials include:

• Southwest Salad [V|GF] – assorted greens, organic pinto beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pickled red onions, jalapeño, creamy avocado cilantro lime dressing, and cashew romesco
