Thank you for all of the great comments, this truck was my whole world for 10 years and I really appreciate it 🙂 I do plan on writing a cookbook. The lovely couple who will be running the truck now are taking the stove out and putting two deep fryers in and making everybody's favorite food... Chicken Wings! Shay and I are so glad that girl power is going back into this truck. Once they have the truck wrapped, named and active I will definitely post, they are the Nicest people and could not be more happy about sending this Great adventure on to them 🙂
