Serving Brisket, Pork, Jalapeño Burnt End sausage and sides
And
Friday 11-1:30
Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Turkey and sides.

Big lines today and we appreciate your patience and support as we are still ironing out the process and details of getting the trailer running smoothly… Food trucks / trailers are a completely different animal than running a stand alone brick and mortar location… see you all next week… only one day for public events with all the eclipse festivities!
