QT’s Core Value Winners 🌊🏆

Give it up for QT’s Core Value Winners of 2026! 🥳🌊

This group is such a beautiful representation of what our Playa team is all about—from one of our OG Playa girls who has been riding the wave with us, to girls who have only been part of the team for the summer. No matter how long they’ve been here, they’ve all made an impact. 💙

These girls take pride in how they show up every single day, not just for themselves, but for their teammates, our guests, and the Playa brand. They bring the energy, the teamwork, the passion, and the heart that make QT feel like QT. 🫶🏽

They embody our core values: The Real Deal, Playa Passion, Power House, Big Wave Chaser, and Dawn Patrol. 🌊☀️ From being authentic and dependable, to bringing the heat, chasing big goals, showing up with passion, and making sure the team starts—and finishes—strong, these girls prove that the little things really do make the biggest waves. 🌊

Congratulations to our 2026 Core Value Winners! We are so lucky to have you riding this wave with us. Keep making waves, QT! 🌊✨
