Two kitchens. Two chefs. Two unforgettable nights. 🥂

Last night at ROOH, the second evening of our collaboration came to a close: a Mushroom Chettinad Tiramisu with black truffle, a Sea Scallop Mousseline in mussel saffron sauce, a Chicken Cordon ROOH finished with caviar and served with garlic naan, and a Passion Fruit Bavarian to end the night. France met India at every course, and the dining room was full!

Thank you to everyone who joined us on October 6th and 13th. Thank you to Chef Yash and the entire ROOH team for welcoming Chef Richard and the Refectory team into your kitchen, and for working alongside us in ours.

We're proud to be part of Columbus's independent restaurant community, and grateful to everyone who came out to support it. Here's to fifty years of shared tables, and many more. ❤️
