Hey Columbus—Chef Christopher here, behind Black Hat Mobile Kitchen (). I'm a small startup but I’m stoked to roll into town and share some bold, wild flavors and real-deal food truck adventures with you all. Think stuff that hits hard, makes you grin, and keeps you coming back.
Right now, I’m hunting for a clean, reasonably priced prep kitchen—nothing fancy, just a spot with a stove, fridge, sink, and maybe some storage. Ideally, it’d be tied to an old bar or pub with some unused kitchen space during off-hours—perfect for a mobile guy like me. Ghost kitchens? Too steep for what I’m doing initially.
