Dessert: Dark chocolate pound cake with chocolate ganache

* Chicken Divan (has broccoli) and is delicious over rice
* Pork Tenderloin w/creamy mushroom sauce
*Chicken Cobbler (good over rice) (High demand for this - will make more juicy to serve over rice if desired)

Sides:
*Rice
*Steamed broccoli with or without a hollandaise sauce
* Pinto beans
* Southern green beans
* Fried okra
* Pea salad

Plates are $12/ each; extra sides are $3.

Soup of the week: white bean chicken chili $6/pint. $10/quart

Dessert: Yellow cake with Chocolate Buttercream -$5 slice

*Spaghetti noodles with a hint of garlic
*Seasoned rice
*Scalloped potatoes
*Honey butter corn
*Fried cabbage w/bacon
*Mayo salad with tomatoes

Soup of the week: Rustic Potato Soup - pint $6; quart $10

Dessert - Cannoli cake - $5 a slice

*Chicken cobbler (gives feelings of a chicken pot pie)

Sides:
*Rice OR mashed potatoes
*Squash casserole
*Lima beans
*Glazed carrots
*Tossed salad
*Pea salad

SOUP if the week: Vegetable Beef - $6 pint; $10 quart

Dessert: Kentucky butter crunch cake - $5 - a buttery pound cake topped with nutty topping of almonds, coconut and cream cheese DELISH!!!

Pick up starts on Tuesday’s after 4:00pm; delivery available with a delivery fee. Deliveries are made on Wednesday.

Keeping it simple this week! Not doing plates but am offering pints or quarts of the following:

* Collards (got to have these for all those dollars this year)
* Black eye peas (got to have these for good luck)
* Cornbread (got to have this for gold and wealth for the coming year) Order by the slices needed or the whole 10” skillet size.

Collards and peas are $8 for a pint and $12 for a quart.
Cornbread - $1 a slice or $8.00 for the whole pan (8 slices) (sweet or unsweet)

Soup - Taco soup
$6 pint. $10 quart

Due to an unplanned trip to Missouri (leaving tomorrow) as my Dad is having surgery on Friday; I will not be providing a full menu next week. However, I am thinking of offering a couple of soups along with cornbread and/or yeast rolls if anyone may be interested. I will be back home late Monday.
If this is something you would be interested in, please let me know below along with a couple of soup suggestions.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice
Pint - $6.00; Quart - $10.00

Plates are $12.00
Entrees: (pick 1)

* Meatloaf

* Southwestern Beef, Pepper and Potato bake - (hearty dish with a touch of spice); pairs well with a salad or pinto beans with queso cheese

* Creamy Baked Chicken Stroganoff w/egg noodles

Sides: (pick 2)

* Mashed potatoes (with or without brown gravy)

* Pinto beans (with or without queso cheese)

* Buttered corn

* Italian green beans

* Tossed Salad

* Pea salad

Yeast roll - .50 each
Dessert - Chocolate pound cake w/chocolate ganache - $4.00 slice.

I will take orders until Monday morning 12/8 at 10; ready for pickup on Tuesday after 4. Deliveries can be made with a gratuity/delivery fee; delivery orders are done on Wednesday.

I’m trying to figure out what to offer and while it appears the meat may change on your dinner table, the sides can pretty much be the same as any other Holiday meal; so with that thought, here we go:

Casseroles/Side dishes:
* cornbread dressing
* broccoli casserole
* green bean casserole
* squash casserole
* sweet potatoe soufflé
* mashed potatoes (garlic)
* hashbrown casserole
Casseroles are $18 for 8x8 small and $25 9x13 large

* Lasagna
* Chicken Alfredo Bake
Small $25; large $37

* creamed corn
* butter peas
* green beans
* collards
(Pint $7 or quart $10)

* potato salad - it is NOT a sweet salad but a traditional southern style ie with yellow mustard, dill pickles etc
(pint $10 or quart $15)

* cranberry sauce w/orange and a splash (or two) of grand marnier (pint $6 or quart $10)

All your traditional cakes - $40 to $45
Pls request what you would like -I’m sure I can make it.
