Week 2 of kids cooking at camp is underway. We have a full house again in the kitchen and half of them are returning campers which is so nice to see them back in the kitchen.

We still have space available in our 13 to 16 year year-old camp.

Our first week of kids cooking camp is underway.
Day one was very successful with the children getting used to being in our kitchen and making some delicious recipes.

We still have two spots available at our next camp, which is July 6-10 for our 9 to 12 year

July 13-17 we still have spots available for our 13th to 16-year-olds and our last week of camp is full

We were so honored to be asked by our friends at to cater their VIP Friday night at Charlotte motor Speedway to start off the weekend of races.

The weather was not the best and the race had to be canceled in the end, but it was still an awesome experience with amazing food.

On the menu:
cocktail hour:

Grilled watermelon with feta, mint and balsamic glaze
blackened shrimp with avocado moose
Caprese skewer
smoked brisket burnt ends
mini crabcakes bites
mini street grilled corn cups

Dinner menu:
All beef Nathan‘s hotdog with a lot of toppings
grilled chicken
build your own burger bar
Carolina hop and John
chef Bob’s famous fried pickles
Green bean salad
French fries

Chef Bob truly enjoys the opportunity to try out new recipes from all different cultures. Making Swedish food was a first for him and it came out amazing.

We had the honor of Catering a wedding at 60 acres wedding venue in Mount Pleasant. It was our first time there we hope it’s not our last.
It was a beautiful barn and property.

Spring is in the air at Cabarrus Cooking company and we are accepting new customers for our meal delivery service.

If you are a busy family or you just don’t like to cook, let us help you with your weekly meals.

We are now accepting new customers for our weekly meals. We are offering two different options. One is for delivery on Tuesday afternoon/early evening and for a discount You can pick it up at our kitchen at 310 Kerr St Concord on Tuesdays on Tuesday from 2-6.

The meals include:
Two entries
two sides
A compound salad
Citrus grilled chicken
Peanut butter, oatmeal, protein balls

All meals are gluten-free
All meals are delivered in glass Pyrex dishes, and a cooler bag.

The cost:
4 serving of each item
$135 for pick up
$145 for delivery

6 servings of each item
$210 for pick up
$225 for delivery

We still have a few spots left in our kids cooking camp. If your child loves to cook and bake, this is definitely the camp for them. This is a true hands-on experience out of our professional Catering kitchen.

9-12 year olds
June 15-29
July 6-10
13-16 year olds
July 13-17
July 20-24

Camp is from 9-2
Our address is 310 Kerr St. Concord

The cost of camp is $350 for the week that includes all the food for the week and apron and a recipe book.

Campers will work in teams of two to help produce snack to share with the group and then help produce a lunch. Each day is a different theme. On Friday our younger campers will have a grand buffet that they will showcase to their families and for our older camper they will help in a real dinner service.
