¼ cup rice wine vinegar or to taste
¼ cup white sugar or to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
let cool

avocado
cucumbers
salmon

for the icing
1/4 cup kewpie mayo
1/4 cup sriracha
1/2 cream cheese block (for firmness)
used wasabi to line as well
