Cabarrus Brewing Company is Cabarrus County, NC's destination brewery since 2016! Located in Concord’s historic Gibson Mill, the brewery is housed in a building that was once the finished goods warehouse for the Gibson Manufacturing Company and served as a vital part of Cannon Mills Plant 6. The 15 barrel three vessel brewhouse is the heart of the facility with the entire production area being vis

ible throughout the 5,000 square foot Tap Room. The Tap Room has an open and expansive bar area, several large tv screens, live music, along with ample seating. It's the perfect place to relax, socialize and enjoy a variety of artfully crafted beers. In addition, when the weather permits our outdoor patio space is opened expanding the tap room significantly into the great outdoors. We also have a very large outdoor beer garden complete with an outdoor bar, seating and stage.

🍛Spam musubi Bowl: Fried Spam, rice, eggs, Furikake, green onions, Sriracha, and Japanese mayo.

🍗Chicken Katsu: Thin and crispy panko breaded chicken on a bed of cabbage and rice. Topped with Furikake and homemade Katsu sauce!

Proud moment for CBC!

Yesterday, our Rocky River IPA was featured at NC Beer Legislative Day at the residence of NC Lt. Governor Rachel Hunt in Raleigh, showcasing the strength and impact of North Carolina craft beer.

Representing CBC was our Director of Brand Development, Rick Benfield, who also serves as current President of the NC Brewers Guild, advocating for breweries across the state and helping move our industry forward.

This recognition comes at an especially exciting time for CBC as we continue expanding following our recent statewide distribution announcement.

We’re honored to stand alongside our fellow NC Brewers Guild members and proud to represent North Carolina craft beer together.

National BBQ Day is this Saturday, May 16 and we’re celebrating all weekend long, Friday through Sunday with authentic pit-smoked BBQ from our friends at Towel City Smoke. 

Featured menu items include:

Loaded Pig Fries ($14) — Our signature fries piled high with pulled pork, cowboy caviar, beer cheese, and fresh green onions.

Pulled Pork Sandwich ($12) — Smoked pork on a toasted Martin’s potato bun with white slaw, pickles, and our signature Sour Drop BBQ sauce. Served with a side of fries.

Pair them with our craft beers brewed on site from small batches to old favorites!
