Father,
We come before You on behalf of the Justices of the Supreme Court. Your Word declares, "Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people" We ask that You would raise up men and women who fear You above public opinion, political pressure, and their own personal ambition.
Lord, Your Word says, "You shall do no injustice in judgment. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor." May every justice judge accordingly with integrity, impartiality, and humility, seeking truth rather than ideology. Let them faithfully uphold the Constitution they have sworn to defend, interpreting the law according to its meaning and not according to personal political preferences or outside influence.
We pray that no justice would yield to intimidation, threats, coercion, media campaigns, or public outrage. Protect them and their families from those who would seek to influence their decisions through fear.
Father, Your Word warns that "A bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous." We ask that You would guard every justice from corruption, favoritism, hidden influence, or any form of bribery. Grant them the wisdom You gave Solomon, who prayed, "Give your servant therefore an understanding mind to govern your people, that I may discern between good and evil." May they have the fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom and may their decisions reflect justice, truth, and righteousness.
Lord, we lift before You the recent questions surrounding birthright citizenship and immigration. We pray that every ruling would protect our nation according to the rule of law and the Constitution. May decisions strengthen rather than undermine the security, sovereignty, and well-being of the United States. Give wisdom to the Court as it considers issues that will affect generations to come, and let truth prevail over confusion.
We also pray regarding our elections. Your Word says, "Honest weights and scales are the Lord's. " We ask that election laws would be fair and hold integrity. Guide the Court in matters concerning election procedures, absentee ballots, and the administration of elections. May every legal decision encourage confidence that elections are conducted honestly, lawfully, and without manipulation. Let the systems established to govern our republic be worthy of the trust of the American people.
Father, we pray for our entire judicial system. Let justice flow through every courtroom in America. Remove corruption wherever it exists, expose dishonesty, and establish judges who love truth more than applause. Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.
We also pray for ourselves as citizens. Help us to pray faithfully for those in authority, as You have commanded. Guard our hearts from fear, anger, and division. Make us people who seek truth, uphold justice, and place our ultimate trust not in earthly institutions but in You, the righteous Judge of all the earth.
Lord, bless the Justices with discernment, courage, and unwavering integrity. May they remember that one day every person will stand before Your judgment seat, and may that reality guide every decision they make today.
We pray this together in the mighty name of Jesus,
Proverbs 14:34, Leviticus 19:15, Exodus 23:8, 1 Kings 3:9, Prov 9:10,

Standing strong on our knees,
