Talavera Coffee, in collaboration with James Hoffmann and Lucia Solis, is proud to present The Fermentation Project Boxset!

When the call for roasters was put out we jumped in without hesitation. This project features the immaculate fermentation protocols of Lucia Solis with 4 different processes: mechanical demulicage, wild fermentation, lactobacillus inoculation, and yeast inoculation.

Pre-orders are now open! Orders will begin to ship late August (Live cupping event date TBD).
