Our Cupping Class is right around the corner!

Our Coffee Tasting Class will guide you through how we define coffee flavors for each coffee. Scott will be taking you on a journey from farm to table, he will explain the different type of processing that happens at the farm, and we will participate in a coffee tasting (also know as a cupping) together!

Our Kaci is onto a new adventure! Her time at RMC has been nothing short of a great joy! In her time here she has graciously served and loved on every customer that has walked through our doors. On her next adventure, she'll be serving overseas teaching English and loving on others!

Kaci's last day on bar is Friday and we'll be having a going-away party on Saturday at 6:00pm! Come in and lovingly send her off with us!

☕ IT'S TIME FOR A CUPPING ☕

Do you ever wonder how we come up with the flavor notes for our coffee beans?

Every time we introduce a new coffee to Round Mountain, our roasters and baristas get together for a cupping. This involves a special brew method that makes it easier to isolate and identify a coffee's true flavors.

On Saturday, June 6, you'll have the chance to do a cupping with us! Make sure you sign up to reserve your spot. The cost will be $30 for an individual or $50 for a couple. The link to sign up will be in our Instagram bio!
