Happy Saturday Conway ! Just wanted to let everyone know that we have a handful of Romans and a handful of round pies and we will be all sold out for the week !

It’s been a crazy weekend , today we will be selling out in just over 6 hours 🤯

We will still be going with paninis and salads until we sell out of our focaccia , and we’ll be here still making pies as we’re about an hour & a half behind right now . Just wanted to hop on here and give everyone a heads up , and say thank yous for the support as always ! We appreciate yous 🍕❤️

Pretty happy with how our first batch of squid ink dough came out with our round pies - so this one will be making an appearance in the slice window tomorrow !

Mozzarella , some crispy potatoes , parsley & leeks . Topped with lemon zest , pecorino & a carbonara cream sauce

Happy Saturday Conway ! We hope everyone’s enjoyed the new playlist in the shop . After a year & a half of just Sinatra & Motown everyday I think we were close to a mutiny from the staff . Now we mixed in some classic rock , some reggae , and maybe even a lil Weezy (radio edits for the kids)

We’re here til we sell out then we’re back Tuesday , thank you Conway we’ll see yous at 11 🍕❤️

I’ve been working on my palas lately and have been really excited with how they’re coming out ! This is a pretty new style for me , but we’ll be competing with them in a couple months so I have been practicing tryin to get them right . We’ll have some of these in the window as we get closer to see what people think

It is our Roman style dough , but instead of cooking them in our pans they’re launched in the oven right off the peel

Good morning Conway ! I have seen some comments of people being upset about the size of the slices we serve here at the shop , so I wanted to go over exactly what goes into making just cheese pizza here

For a slice of cheese pizza that consists of 3 different flours and a 48 hour fermented dough it is two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50 USD) at the moment . You can get 2 slices and a water for less than the price of a crunch wrap supreme from T Bell , and you will feel much better after eating this 🍕
