This weekend's special is bringing the heat: Meet the West Side Hot Chicken!
Two crispy fried chicken tenders tossed in Nashville-style hot sauce, piled high with our homemade Pool Room slaw, pickles, and cheddar cheese on a butter-toasted pretzel bun.
On the side? Fries tossed in beef tallow, finished with shaved parmesan and green onions, plus a cup of our house-made garlic aioli.
It's spicy. It's crunchy. It's messy. Just the way a hot chicken sandwich should be!
