We've been working on this one for a while, and we can't wait for you to try it!

With 25 grams of protein blended into a smooth, sweet iced coffee, it's an easy way to add more protein to your day—all in a delicious coffee drink!

Working around fresh-baked bread and pastries every day, we wanted a coffee that was satisfying enough to power us through a busy morning in the kitchen, and keep us from binge eating the bagels and scones! It quickly became one of our favorite drinks, and now we're excited to share it with you.

Stop in after we reopen on July 14 and give it a try—we can't wait to hear what you think! ☕🥯💪

📢 As much as we hate to do it, we will be Closed This Week !

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! After a busy first year, we're taking the week to tackle infrastructure updates in the building, do annual deep cleaning, maintenance, and a number of other behind-the-scenes projects we've been putting off for far too long, that are impossible to get to when the shop is open.

We felt that the week after the Fourth of July and before the annual Main Street Market Days and Sidewalk Sales would be the best time to bite the bullet and get everything in order so we can head into the rest of the summer ready to go!

We're planning to reopen full force on Tuesday, July 14. Thank you for your understanding and patience and we look forward to serving you the fresh bagels and coffee you love very soon!

I have prepared this using the same traditional recipe my children have grown up on, they love it, and we think you will too.
