Susan has been making cheesecakes for celebrations for over 25 years, and gluten-free breads and baked goods for 11 years, expanding her offerings to include low-carb and Keto options 6 years ago. With a belief in the creation of community through food, she sells her rich and creamy cheesecakes (and other gluten-free delights) at Farmer's Markets, Craft Shows, and directly to customers. Happy Wednesday, Friends & Fans! Just a quick update on where things stand with our 2026 season. We are so excited to be back to baking after a very difficult winter. The time away has been bittersweet, and we miss you guys so much!

We are doing everything we can to open back up May 6th in Coos Bay at the Coos Bay Farmers Market. We hope that we can get everything back up, functioning well, and running. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Dear Friends and Fans, I'm so sorry to let you know that we will not be back at the market this week, and likely we will need a few more weeks.
We've uncovered a few issues in the kitchen that will keep us from baking, but we are working to get back up and running by the end of April - and hopefully much sooner.
As soon as we are able, we'll be up and running. We miss you all so much. Praying that you are all well.

We are happy to close out our 15th year of business, and we have been so blessed to have had you as customers and friends this year - and all of our years. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.

We hope that you have the loveliest holidays with your people, your friends, and your families. May 2026 come with happy adventures, healthy growth, enough rest, and really good food.

As we look at 2026, we have some hopes and dreams of what we will be bringing to markets this year. To that end, we'll be taking a few weeks off to invest in our kitchen and organization, we plan on being back at the Bay Area Farmers and Artisans Market at the end of January.

So excited to be back at the Wednesday Bay Area Farmers and Artisans Market which is indoors at Black Market Gourmet 495 Central Avenue, Coos Bay from 10 - 2 with my other winter-market producers and artisan friends.

We will have our table stocked with GF Sourdough Loaves, Berry Pies, Cookies, Keto Cakes, Savory Cheese Rolls, and our Pecan Caramel Brownies, as well as our famous Cheesecakes. Hope that we see you tomorrow!
