Ever wonder where to find the best breakfast? 🍳 If you're craving real food made with real ingredients—no powders, no mixes—then The Blue Heron is your answer! We use fresh berries, bake our own biscuits, and whip up cream with organic heavy cream. We even make our own bread for our french toast . No body else does this in town .Plus, we smoke all our meats in-house for our Benedicts, including burnt ends, brisket, and ham. And don't forget our homemade desserts! 🥞🥓🍓 ...

So, we've had Dubai milkshakes and croissants, and then we figured it was time for a Dubai pistachio ganache cream cake. And then we were like, "What else would go with that?" Well, we baked some double chocolate chunk cookies this morning, put them on a chocolate cake, topped it with chocolate ganache, then real whipped cream, and then more cookies! Because why not two new desserts at the Blue Heron? Of course, we still have all your old favorites like chocolate Bavarian cream, chocolate buttercream, a triple-layer carrot cake, and chocolate caramel cream for tonight's dessert list.

Looking for a real wholesome breakfast made with real ingredients? No powders, no mixes, no canned gravies, and no frozen potatoes? Well, the Blue Heron has all that! We make our own whipped cream, our own desserts, and smoke our own meats. We even make our own French toast bread and use real berries with homemade jams. We're the only restaurant in the area that makes real hollandaise! We do brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 1:30 PM. Call 541 267 3933 for reservations.
