Read Morgan's story here and how the Wild Daisy came to be! My name is Morgan Nolan. I was born & raised in Corbin, KY. When I was in high school, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Due to a lack of options in our are

a & lack of education to the public, I often ended up eating gluten regularly because I did not want to seem different than friends & family. While working full time as a CCU nurse for Baptist Health Corbin, I began baking & cooking for my family and I & learning how to make my favorite things gluten free. I gained a new passion. I began making and selling my goodies out of my house while on my days off. My home then became taken over by my business endeavor; therefore, my husband and I decided it was time to open a storefront location. We have worked together tirelessly for months to get our storefront to what it is today, and we are so excited to share it with you & to be able to support you in providing you with options in your dietary needs & an allergen safe space.
