Our truck will offer either breakfast or lunch depending on the event. We plan to service local industries, cater events, set up outside permitting breweries, farmer's markets, wineries and festivals in addition to our local community. We want to help revive the great foods that are deep in New York's history of delis, bakeries, and butcher shops. Our project is important to us beyond just making money (though we hope too). We want to illustrate to our children how being passionate and driven about what you do for a living is as equally if not more important than how large your salary is and how it contributes to your overall health and happiness. We want this happiness to be reflected in every bite we provide our consumers. We are going do so by using fresh quality ingredients primarily sourced for the state of New York and creating as much by hand as possible. We will deliver every morsel with a smile and a Thank you. We hope that we get the same in return! Our menu will include house cured and smoked pastrami, pork belly, fresh ground sausages and patties, made with our blends and local beers, fresh hand made breads, local iced coffee, our 5 year cinnamon roll , grilled of course! Our menu will change and reflect the seasonality but maintain the New York spirit. And of course, really funky t-shirts, the smell of fresh baked bread and smoked beef, guys with beards, foods you never knew you wanted, lines of hipsters, spelling errors on our menus, music thats too loud and makes no sense all included with the experience....Did I mention Maple Bacon Sugar?!
