We received an offer after only 4 days on the market. While the home was loaded with upgrades inside and out, one of our biggest challenges was being located directly across the street from a school. Many agents shared that concern from their buyers during showings. Fortunately, the right buyers saw beyond the objection and recognized the incredible value, pride of ownership, and lifestyle this home offered.

What makes this closing special is that it comes full circle.
