We are bringing our signature craft made sausages back to the menu!

Our OG Mild Sausage and our signature Chori-Queso Sausage will be up for grabs every service 🔥

We take great pride in our sausage program and make these in house every week using our own blend of spices. Corpus Christi, we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

Corpus Christi, we are beyond ready to bring you all our signature Tex-Mex Craft BBQ very soon!

With that being said, we are thrilled to announce our new permanent location with our new food truck will be with our dear friends at Pauly's Beer Garden - we can't thank these guys enough for opening their doors to us!

August 2026. Every Saturday. 11am till sellout. Full menu. Texas Monthly Top 100 BBQ right here in the City.

Tell your friends that we can't wait to serve you all soon and keep your eyes peeled for the Grand Opening Party date! We are excited to have some fun with you all!

We need to keep getting the word out that Barbecue Fiends is coming to Corpus Christi, TX soon!

To help get the name back out there we will be giving away a Whole Smoked Pork Shoulder to one lucky winner 🏆
