❤️ AND JUST LIKE THAT… ANOTHER SEASON HAS COME TO AN END. ❤️

Closing the doors at the end of every season is always bittersweet. By this point, we’re tired and ready for a little rest…but when it’s actually time to turn off the lights one last time, it’s hard not to get a little emotional.

The Valley Drive In is so much more than burgers, pizza burgers, tenderloins and ice cream to us. It’s the familiar faces at the window. It’s watching families come back year after year. It’s seeing kids grow up. It’s the conversations, the laughter, the crazy busy nights, and all those little moments that happen throughout a season that you don’t realize you’re going to miss until it’s over.

To our customers — thank you. ❤️
Thank you for choosing our little hometown business. Thank you for coming back, bringing your families, telling your friends, sharing our posts and supporting us year after year. There are a lot of places you could spend your money, and the fact that you choose to spend some of it with us is something we never take for granted.

To our employees — we could not do this without you.
Thank you for showing up, working hard, sweating through those hot summer days, handling the rushes, laughing through the chaos and becoming part of our Drive In family. You are a huge part of what makes this place what it is.

And to our family — thank you for sharing us with the Drive In for another summer. ❤️ Thank you for the help, the patience, the sacrifices, the late nights and for always being there when we need you. And we can’t forget the family that literally would cook a meal for us every Saturday Night.

There are days during the season when we wonder how we’re going to keep going…and then the last day comes, and somehow it’s hard to say goodbye.

Tonight, we leave with tired feet, full hearts and so much gratitude.

Thank you for another season of memories. Thank you for supporting our family. Thank you for supporting our employees. And most of all, thank you for continuing to make The Valley Drive In a part of your lives.

We’ll miss you.

But before we know it, spring will be here, the lights will come back on, the ice cream machine will be running, and we’ll be opening that window to all those familiar faces again. ❤️🍦🍔

Until next spring — from our family and our entire Valley Drive In crew, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

Our plan is to stay open through September 20th AS LONG AS SUPPLIES LAST, honestly we can’t promise all of your Valley favorites — or even that we’ll make it all the way there.

So don’t say, “I’ll go next weekend!” 😬 although you may want to see us both weekends 😁
