Family First, Then Food!

At La Bamba Cuisine, we’re more than a restaurant, we’re a family. Today, one of our family members is being recognized with a special school award, and we’ll be there cheering them on and showing our support.

Because of this, La Bamba will open at 12:00 PM today.

Thank you for understanding as we take a moment to celebrate an important achievement. Supporting our children and their accomplishments is one of the values that makes our community strong.

Don’t worry, we’ll be ready at noon with all your favorites, from our delicious Chicken Stew and White Rice to our sweet plantains and everything else you’ve been craving!

Today, Monday, La Bamba Cuisine will be closed due to a death in the family.

During times like these, we’re reminded of how precious time truly is. Life moves fast, and sometimes we assume there will always be another opportunity to say the things that matter. Today, we encourage everyone to reach out to the people who love you, support you, and stand by your side. Tell them what they mean to you. Show them appreciation. Give people their flowers while they can still smell them.

To our La Bamba family, thank you for your understanding, support, and continued love during this difficult time.

We will reopen on Tuesday during our regular business hours and look forward to serving you then.

This is a huge accomplishment, and we wish you nothing but success as you step into your next chapter. Go out there and do great things, the future is yours!

To our Cortland community and townies, please be extra careful on the roads today. Traffic will be heavier than usual with families, students, and visitors all celebrating this special weekend. Be patient and stay safe.

🚨 La Bamba Family Update 🚨

We see the messages, we hear the love, and let’s clear this up…

We are NOT closing for good.

We’ve made the decision to temporarily pause so we can restructure our kitchen and make things more efficient. We refuse to give you anything halfway, not the food, not the service, not the experience. Y’all deserve the BEST every single time.

⚠️ We will be closed during the week. BUT we are OPEN this Saturday with regular hours, so pull up and get your fix this Saturday the 18th.
