Bierwurst: is smoky and garlicy and a little spicy.
Bockwurst: chicken and pork white sausage with pepper, paprika, and herbs
Polish Kielbasa: smoky, garlicy with cloves and marjoram
Oktoberfest: rich taste with Bavarian spices and notes of oregano and black pepper

I personally like to add all 4 toppings (cheese sauce, caramelized onions, kraut, and bacon bits)! but then I need to take a nap!
