On the evening of February 17th, join us at Caves for an exclusive Bourbon Dinner—a curated multi-course experience with intentional pairings, made to highlight the quality, sourcing, and hospitality we’re proud to serve every day.
This menu was created by Executive Chef Sarah, with pairings curated by Caves General Manager Aidan, designed to take you through an experience of flavor from the first bite to the final sip.
