We love our customers💜💜💜💜 This is why we do what we do.

My evil husband forced me to go out to breakfast with him this morning. It was torture but I went along to make him happy. LOL!
We went to Frederick's Cafe LLC which is in downtown Corydon on the corner. I got the bacon and eggs and added a side of hashbrowns. It was all SO GOOD!! The hashbrowns had the perfect crispiness to them. Eggs were perfect. Bacon was cooked without being overdone. (Our last 2 breakfasts out at Waffle House and Cracker Barrel, the bacon was practically raw). The toast! Oh my the toast! They make their own bread and it was so yummy! The waitress was very sweet and kept my coffee topped off just the way I like it.
If you are looking for a good breakfast place (or lunch) in Corydon, give Frederick's a try. Don't get me wrong, I love Waffle House but last couple times they barely cooked the bacon or hashbrowns. I like some crispiness to my hashbrowns just like how Frederick's made them. We waddled out of there full and content. I'm still fantasizing about the toast....

Due to water Main break in the Town Of Corydon the cafe will have to close for the rest of the day. We should be open again tomorrow.

We are open today; however, we need to rally behind our neighbors! Several local shops and establishments recently suffered flooding. As they work hard to clean up and reopen, please make a conscious effort to shop at their stores and eat at the restaurants. It takes a community to keep us all afloat-let's show them the strength of ours!

Fredericks Cafe made it unscathed through this first stage of the flood🙏🏻💜 all of our staff are safe, except for one individual whose home was washed away in the flood. She is in our thoughts tonight.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected today, and we hope the additional rain that’s coming doesn’t cause too many more problems, as we all pull together as a community to overcome this.

We will be open tomorrow from 7 to 2 PM, ready to provide comfort and a warm meal. I should clarify that will be dependent upon the Town being open😩🙏🤞🏻
