The Freeze Dari

Hi yall, been a min since I've talked to you. Alot has happened since my last post. Anyway, just spit Ballin ideas. Would anyone be interested in having me cook food for them? If I was to personally take orders for my coney sauce, sloppy joe, shrd chkn, soup, homemade meals, basically anything we made. Would anyone be interested in buying batches of this stuff??

So we are sure you have heard rumors going around that are both true and untrue about us. We encountered unforeseen circumstances in December at the Dari Hut and stepped in to help where we were needed to manage and continue to run a family business. We have debated for a few months now since taking over at the Dari Hut about the outcome of the Freeze. With them both being the family businesses, and only 1 family to run them we have decided it with a heavy heart that we not open the freeze and we continue to take over and manage the Dari Hut in Lafayette. We thank all of our loyal customers for years of support and hope that you continue to support us by driving a few miles up the road and coming to see us while we make you the tasty food and yummy sweet treats that we have been able to do in the past. Some of our freeze crew will also be joining us so be sure to come up and thank them for being such a wonderful, helpful crew and embarking on this new venture with us. We have a similar menu and a drive thru up there so when you are on a time.limit you can call ahead and we will have it ready for you...we will try and get a menu posted soon for there. Again thanks for the support and we hope we continue to see our wonderful customers that helped build us to who we are...

With the time change and the sun setting an hour earlier, starting today, Sunday November 5th, our new hours will be 11am to 6pm. Kitchen closes at 5:30. Come and see us this week, don't forget our last day is this Friday, November 10th.
