This is your chance to sample our brand-new sushi menu before our grand opening on Labor Day Weekend. Meet our amazing new sushi chefs, Thomas Kato and Sheridan Chase, who are bringing fresh artistry to every plate.

The countdown to Labor Day Weekend is officially on. We’re giving you a first look at what’s rolling into Old Town Cottonwood very soon at 816 North Main Street.
Get ready for an entirely new restaurant concept from the team behind Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria and Queen B Vinyl Café. Queen B Sushi blends sustainably sourced ingredients, traditional Japanese craft, and modern, elevated flavors. Verde Valley, your dining scene is about to get a major upgrade.
At Queen B Sushi, we believe that quality, local ingredients make the difference. That’s why we’ve already been growing ginger, wasabi, shiso, burdock, cucumbers, and mushrooms right in our own Northern Arizona greenhouses and gardens to bring you the freshest sushi elements possible.
