Mama’s is in on the Otto’s Restaurant Group drink competition. Each restaurant must create a cocktail containing Mijenta Blanco Tequila. Guest from each location will scoring these drinks and the top score wins a party…but more importantly company wide bragging rights;)

A chocolate mousse, with rich chocolate cake, raspberry crémeux, torched italian meringue, caramelized chocolate crumble, raspberry puree.
