It's been a long time in the works now it's time to come out and celebrate progress. Bring the kids, picnic stuff and enjoy the day around the City of Covington Splash Pad.

I was once told never let anyone tell you what cannot be done and that's what I live by. I believe Roosevelt told his cabinet the same thing when Pearl Harbor was attacked.
