Etouffée To Geaux ……. Our family’s history has deep roots in Lafourche Parish. Growing up in the bayou, one of the first things we learned was how to cook.

As kids if we were not in the kitchen, we were in one of the bayous catching some of the best seafood in the world. Our parents taught us how to live off the many bounties that the heavens have given us. Whether it was fishing, trawling, or crabbing; we used techniques handed down from our previous generation to reel in our catch. As the years have passed, we continue to fight to preserve our hist

ory from coastal erosion and hurricanes. And now that we have moved “up the bayou” we are excited to share our family recipes here in Covington. Stop on by for a great home cooked meal, and like we always say, you will arrive as friends, and leave as family. We hope to see you soon sha!
