The origin story:

Back in the 90s, there was this tiny convenience store on Florida Street with chicken and egg salad that absolutely slapped. We’d stop there on the way to my brother’s never‑ending soccer games. The pursuit of making the perfect salad had been with me ever since.

We get asked all the time what's the secret to our egg salad and why it's just so much better. There's two reasons 1. Technique 2. We use high quality eggs from . It's really all in the eggs.

Complaints were filed, management was spoken too. Lemon curd is back in action. All jokes aside this stuff is good good. It's currently being served with a strawberry lemon curd yogurt and the strawberry white chocolate latte.

In the winter of 94 John looked at the Frederick building and thought heyy I think this would make a great coffee shop. There wasnt a downtown Covington life. You could still park on Boston St. And while talking to a customer today about our new merch coming out I was reminded that TODAY is our 31st anniversary. 3-1 freaking years. Swipe to the last picture and you can see what they were working with when they renovated. We're thankful for the two great men who came before us John and Dickie who paved the way for a remarkable legacy.
