Good Afternoon! The Shop is Cleaned and Closed up so, now I feast for myself. The Array of items and their Flvor and textures make every meal and every bite a delightful experience. Our “Egg Bites”
Are undoubtably the Best Tasting and nutritiously ones around! Loaded to the gills with Protein 30 grams and chockablock full of organic ingredients! One Egg Bite is substantial and actually fills you up! The Haas Avocados with Cottage Cheese is another Double Benefit of MCT fats and Pure digestible protein. Next up the Buttermilk Golden and Black Raisin Scone just, Perfect and not dry! the beverages are just for hydration today. 20 mile Bike ride today. Too beautiful a day to pass up.

It’s a Steamy Thursday and I’m ramping up my preparation and baking of our 3-Day, “Opened” operations. The Video is long but, so is the time I take to bring you the wonderful, Varied array of Food and Treats! They are All made from Scratch( Does yours) or is it Commercial Premade batters or par baked?
You can taste the difference of the depth and breadth of the flavors and their fulling qualities! I may not serve the most Customer’s but, I assure you I give them All… My Best!

Just my morning! I’m in the cafe Making Several Muffins and prepping my Egg Bite Ingredients and this was my Before Jumping into “Bake Mode” Break-Fast! On a Clammy day like today this is a Winner! Clean, light and refreshing. Not too much stress on the Digestive system either.

Well it’s Tuesday and the Rally begins s for me to Access what I need to procure and more importantly Prepare for the ever Growing( I’m Blessed and Thankful) number of Patrons both Old & New who have found the Cafe as their 3-Day home!
It has become a real Pride thing for me to Keep pushing myself towards consistent Excellence.
