Meet Kim — the talent behind all those cheesecake creations you’ve been seeing at PJ’s Tavern.

From classic favorites to some pretty wild flavor combinations, Kim is the one who takes an idea and turns it into something worth saving room for. Every swirl, topping, and flavor combination comes from her creativity, hard work, and attention to detail.

We’re lucky to have someone who keeps coming up with desserts that not only look amazing but taste even better. If you’ve enjoyed one of our cheesecakes, you’ve enjoyed a little bit of Kim’s magic.
