🌿 Little Green Trailer Update 🌿

As we wrap up the 2025 season a little early while I continue healing from our accident, I want to say THANK YOU for all your love and support. 💚

This is NOT goodbye to Iowa! The Little Green Trailer will remain part of southwest Iowa—with a possible new owner and familiar face in 2026 (and me popping in from time to time 😉). Stay tuned for updates on this exciting adventure!

Yes Waylon and I are relocating to Florida to grow into a year-round food truck opportunity a dream from the beginning —but Iowa will always be home for the trailer.

And for catering, many of you know and love Dawn—she’ll be rebranding LGT Catering into Sister’s Catering with my full support. I’m so excited to see her carry on the same quality and service you’ve come to know.

⭐️This page along with email will remain active and I will remain in correspondence with Dawn and possible new owner of LGT for 2026 of Little Green Trailer. So don't panic Little Green Trailer and Iowa are part of me and it's not the end.

We are going to visit Stuart Farmers market tommorow. Still sore but we can suck it up for a couple of hours. Haven't gotten the chance to Visit the market yet. My helper and I just do the buddy system. She does the pushing, pulling, lifting for me and we just work it out. Hard to not be able to work. Hope to see u all there. We will set up for just the market hours. 4:30‐6:30pm. Come check out all the market venders and grab a bight to eat. See u Wednesday STUART, IOWA.

UPDATE! IT's been quite a month since the accident. Sadly I am restricted with what I can do work wise. The chip in my shoulder has been painful and I am waiting on MRI results on possible rotater cuff tare. We apologize to the scheduled events that we had to cancel on due to this unfortunate accident. We are creeping along where we can. I just wanted to apologize to those we missed that were scheduled for events and not being able to visit the surrounding towns inbetween those events. It has been quite a blow to the end of our season. Hang in there. I will get done what I can. Thank u to all for your understanding and patients!
