A little update on the AC situation: as many of you know, we currently have no air conditioning.

After receiving several professional opinions, we’ve learned that the system is no longer repairable and must be fully replaced. As you can imagine, this is a significant expense—potentially around $30,000—and we’re currently working with our landlord to determine responsibility for the replacement cost.

That process is what has taken time. We know the heat is uncomfortable, and we’re incredibly grateful for your patience, kindness, and understanding while we work toward a solution.
