I have had so many requests for gluten-free products over the last 4+ months since launching this business, and I’m so excited to share that we will be adding gluten-friendly muffins to our menu! First up will be the classic blueberry muffin with a generous sprinkle of crunchy turbinado sugar for the perfect crispy muffin top.

I want to know: what flavors do you want to see next??

You may notice a couple of minor changes on our menu as we are launching our Kind Hearts, Kind Tarts initiative this month - notably that our pocket tarts won't be included in the Kind Kitchen Box, but they WILL be available to purchase individually now, in addition to the previously available quantity options. A reminder: for every tart purchased in July, $1 will be donated to Can Do Canines!

I'm very proud to share that for July, I've selected Can Do Canines to support with our Kind Hearts, Kind Tarts campaign. 🧡

I've had the opportunity to volunteer with Can Do Canines a handful of times, and let me tell you - the work they are doing is incredible. Can Do Canines trains and provides these specially trained assistance dogs to people with a variety of disabilities free of charge, giving these individuals a chance to live a fully independent life. And these dogs are so loved by everyone involved! It's truly heartwarming to see.

They are based right up the road in New Hope, and if you don't know anything about them, I encourage you to check out their social media or website to learn about all of the good work they do at https://candocanines.org/.

For every Pocket Tart purchased in July, $1 will be donated to Can Do Canines. You can get yours from our weekly drops, by visiting us at the New Hope Farmers Market most Thursdays this summer, or by sending us a DM for special requests.

I'm so excited to share with you all our "Kind Hearts, Kind Tarts" initiative!

When I started this business, part of my vision was to use it as a way to give back to the community to those who need it most. Not just by sharing delicious baked treats (that just happen to be plant-based), but by raising funds to donate to select local nonprofits that do good.

We tested the waters in June, raising money for OutFront Minnesota in celebration of Pride Month. Starting in July, I'll be selecting a new organization each month to partner with and support through the sales of our Frosted Pocket Tarts. For every pocket tart sold, $1 will be donated to the nonprofit of the month.

You can purchase your Kind Tarts from our weekly drops, this summer at the farmers market, or by special order if you DM us directly.

Thank you for supporting this exciting new endeavor - I'm so excited to see what we can do together to support our community. 🧡
