I will also be setting up in the department event on the 25th "Touch a Truck."
We'll have different items mainly focusing on eats you can walk and talk with in your hand.

If i hear the Chief correctly, they are planning on having a helicopter show up too.

Bring those kids and make some memories.

Good news, last week we received our Texas Mobile Food license.

Thinking about setting up Friday evening somewhere, and Sunday I'll be opening up and open at noon until whenever at my house. On Sunday I'll be trying some new items for the menu.

I would like to setup in Cumby Friday evening. So if anyone knows of a location, leave a comment. I will keep everyone informed as the week progresses on Friday evening. Turn notifications on so you'll get the latest updates.

The inspection for the food trailer went well, have to address a few things. Hope to be out and setup in two to three weeks.

Looking for places to setup in Sulphur Springs or Cumby. If anyone knows of some commercial business that is food truck/trailer friendly, please post in the comments.
