It's warm! 🌞 It's sunny!

Get yourself down to your local Co-op and pick up something nice.

We've got berries, we've got delish dishes ready to take the work out of dinner, hot coffee, COLD coffee, ice cream, pesto tortellini! Too many things to name.

Hang out under an umbrella, or inside with the cool air. We'll be here all day! 🤣

Summer Bounty 🙌

We've got fresh LOCAL berries in. Be a Local Hero!

It's the start of Blueberry season, Raspberries too but they seem kind of in full swing already, and Strawberries are at the tail end of their run.

We've got delish dishes - from Lentils to Tofu to Noodles - Our kitchen loves the summer. Our food is rotating through seasonal offerings but the staples are always available. We do cycle through dishes a bit quicker, so we hope you'll understand if the last cup of coleslaw just walked out the door. We probably have another batch already on it's way.

Fresh Newsletter! 🐐

This edition we highlighted local producer Thomas Farm & Dairy. We're happy to say we've started carrying their chèvre (Flavors: plain, chive, dill, and blueberry), as well as their goat cheese crumbles and curds!!!

Jim and Laurie have put a lot of hard work into their farm, and it shows! They've got a farm stand and a variety of crops and offerings, but the goats take the show! We thought it'd be a great idea to share their story, as well as photos of their adorable and hard working goats.

"Building a future takes a lot of hard work, but that didn’t stop Jim & Laurie of Thomas Farm & Dairy.

They are located in Sunderland, MA, and just like their goats this small farm takes their challenges head on. Years of investing their sweat, time, and money into the land and farm has built a stable and reliable business - as well as a herd of over 180 prized goats. Their business has been recognized by local organizations for their excellence and perseverance, and in turn has received support through state and private grants. Their cheeses are sold throughout our region, as close as Cummington and all the way out to Marblehead. They even make it onto the menu of a wide range of our local restaurants, from the Dream Away Lodge to Local Burger."

Here at the Co-op we take a look at what we can get deals on, where we can take a reduction to promote a product, and we've got standards.

We aim to get 25% off everyday items that our customers use and need. Sometimes we curate a meal, sometimes we aim for seasonal items, or try to promote a product. But the savings is always deep and available to all who shop with us!

It's Time to Share the Goodness! 🐄☀️

Summer's here. It's shown it's warm days, it's thrown a thunderstorm or two already, there's no denying it. If you need bug spray and sunscreen, you know it's summer. It's almost as "summer" as burgers and ice cream!
