Markee Fisheries catches fresh Solid White Albacore Tuna Fish and delivers the fish to the Dallas, Oregon area for easy pick up or delivery. Our small family owned business is licensed through the State of Oregon, U.S. Department of Commerce, Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Our fishing vessel, "Tunacious", is a small vessel that returns to port eac

h day, which makes our fish the freshest available. Our fish are immediately bled after being caught and then iced on the boat and delivered to you, never frozen. Most vessels will stay at sea for many days to fill their fish hold before returning to port to increase their profit margin. Our fish are caught by hook and line, one fish at a time, which makes our fish dolphin safe. Oregon wild-caught Albacore has been awarded "Best Choice" by the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch, because of abundant stocks and environmentally friendly fishing methods.

This Saturday is our last Corvallis Farmers Market for the year.

We have our smoked salmon fresh out of the smoker, packaged up and ready to roll.

Today we mixed up 35 lbs of our popular smoked salmon dip. This brings our total amount of smoked salmon spread made the last few weeks to over 160 lbs.

That’s a lot of cream cheese. 😁

I spent a couple days fishing this week.
I have 150 lbs of Rockfish boxed up into 10 lb boxes.
Fish is vacuum packed and blast frozen with two fillets in each bag.
$90 per box.
Some are spoken for but I have some left.
Makes for a healthy meal. 😁😁

Markee Fisheries will be introducing a new product at the Saturday Morning Corvallis Farmers Market.
We are offering a smoked salmon spread using our popular smoked salmon.
To offer this product we have sourced all local products.
We trade our fish carcasses with another Corvallis Farmers Market vendor, “Rain Shine” for their local grown onions.
We also use Nancy’s Cream Cheese which is a local sourced product produced in Eugene.
The result is a very delicious smoked salmon spread which is full of chunks and pieces of smoked salmon.
Very yummy.
Try it on a bagel.
A half pound tub is $12.
