Y'all… our Chef is in the magazine! 🗞️🔥

Our Head Chef de Cuisine Justin Thompson was just featured in , and we are SO proud.

From graduating Le Cordon Bleu in 2010, to years on the pit in DFW barbecue joints, to starting Just In Case Catering in 2017 — this man has been feeding people with love (and a lot of soul) for a long time.

Our favorite part of the interview? He says his favorite part of catering isn't the smoke or the compliments. It's the moment a room goes quiet because everybody's too busy eating. Forks on plates. A few "mmms." Some loud smackers in the back. 😂

📅 BOOKING UPDATE —

Ya'll God is good and September/October 2026 are officially closed and we're focused on taking excellent care of the clients already on the books.

November 2026: 2 slots left for events of 50+ guests. Once those are claimed, we're closed until Christmas Holiday orders.

2027 is wide open — but filling fast. Weddings and large family reunions are leading the charge.

A few things worth knowing:
🍽️ We prefer to plan large events at least 6 months out. That lead time is what lets us source well, staff properly, and customize a menu that actually fits your real taste.
💳 Monthly Payment plans are available.
