Our Ethiopia Kayon Mountain Natural Process just brought home a 2026 Good Food Award! 🏆🎉 We are honored to receive our third Good Food Foundation win with this exceptional coffee!

Kayon Mountain was chosen from a blind tasting of more than 1,200 entries. The Good Food Awards celebrate products that pair exceptional taste and quality with conscious craftsmanship. Winners will be celebrated in New York later this month.

We have an exciting new coffee hitting the shelves (and it’s here to stay!).

When we created Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters in 2011, Kevin and Marta had a clear vision for the name and concept—but the logo design was proving problematic. After several design attempts that didn’t quite feel right, inspiration finally struck close to home. Their newly adopted German Shepherd/Husky mix, Zephyr, had a striking profile that made the perfect stand-in for a coyote. Today, sweet Zephyr is memorialized on every bag and piece of merchandise we produce.

For NCCR’s 15th birthday, we introduced a special edition Birthday Cake Blend, combining a rich, robust washed single origin with a bright, fruity, zingy natural process coffee. Those same qualities—robust, bright, zingy—perfectly captured Zephyr’s spirit. We loved the coffee so much that retiring it wasn’t an option, and it only felt right to honor her again by giving the blend a permanent name: Zephyr Espresso.

This blend will be a staple alongside our Barking Dog Espresso- and perfect for fans of bright, natural coffees! Order on our website or stop by our shop to try a shot! 😋😉

It’s our birthday month and we’re turning 15!

To celebrate, we are offering a special Strawberry Birthday Cake Latte at the cafe!

We also have created the “Birthday Cake” blend with tasting notes of tres leches, strawberry cream, and panna cotta for 15 dollars.

Our spring blend, Bloom, is hitting the shelves tomorrow. This year it is a blend of washed Nicaraguan and natural Burundian.

Nyagishiru Station is our new natural Burundi also coming tomorrow with tasting notes of açaí berry, black grape, and passionfruit.

It’s warming up - which means it’s the perfect weather for nitro!

Our nitro cold brew is rich, creamy, and full of chocolate notes. If you’re looking for something a bit lighter and refreshing, we always have a tea on the nitro tap too! Right now it’s a hibiscus lemongrass. Come try ‘em!

The next rotation for our “Sidekick” donations starts March 1st!

This spring we will be donating proceeds to - located in Azle, TX. They rescue elderly cats and cats with health issues, giving them a forever home.
