In January of 2017, David Haynes, Owner and Lead Cook at Stonedeck Pizza Pub, created Central Mac, the first “Virtual Restaurant” concept on Uber Eats. Two and a half years and tons of mac-n-cheese later, the Virtual Restaurant concept has become a staple across the delivery app industry. With demand for home delivery ever increasing, Haynes quickly realized the traditional “brick and mortar” restaurant model would not survive without an embrace of this 21st century trend...

In June of 2019, with the launch of Dog Pack Hot Dogs, Stonedeck Pizza Pub will become the first truly “poly-cuisinal” restaurant concept. Three home-grown, non-corporate concepts all living under one roof and serving out of one kitchen: Stonedeck Pizza Pub, Central Mac and Dog Pack Hot Dogs. With all three concepts designed and executed to not only reach the in-house customer but tailor-made for quick preparation and speedy delivery to the patron dining at home.
