Our annual pumpkin carving is nearing its end. We’ve been selling out pretty quick, so come in early if you’re looking to carve one.
We are so grateful to have such a dedicated community around us. Last year we were able to donate $15k to the NTX Food Bank and $5k to Ben Milam Elementary all thanks to the support of our community and the love of carving pumpkins! We’re very excited to see what we’re able to donate this year.
Our Halloween weekend is getting started today. We look forward to seeing you in here.

🎃 Pumpkin Carving is back at The Old Monk 🎃

We have 90 pumpkins ready to carve today!

$20 gets you a pint of Guinness or Smithwicks, a hollow pumpkin, & a carving kit

This will be the 27th year of our annual Pumpkin Carving. We are proud of the huge turnout we get in support of local schools. Those of you who know the Monk know we are a small local pub; unfortunately, we are unable to take reservations. We will do everything we can to accommodate everyone, but we do recommend this event for tables of 6 or less.

We will have a limited amount of pumpkins daily, and will update social media if we run out early! We are looking forward to a record year and can’t wait to see your creations 🎃

It’s time for Old Monk’s pumpkin carving. Come in and grab a pumpkin, a carving kit, and a pint (Guinness, Stella, or Smithwick’s) for $20. Try coming in early, we tend to run out of pumpkins every day. We’re excited to see what you can make.
