Thank you to everyone who joined in our “Guess the Pounds of M&Ms” challenge!

The big reveal is in…

In 2025, we went through 2,109 pounds of M&Ms. So when we say it was a TON of M&Ms, we mean it literally!

We had a handful of guesses that landed within 50 pounds of the correct answer, but our winning guess was just 4 pounds away. That’s some seriously impressive guessing… or maybe some equally impressive math.

Congratulations to Sarah Worster on your guess of 2,113 pounds! You’ve won a $50 King Eider’s gift card!

If you’ve ever dined with us, you’ve probably noticed one of our favorite little traditions: a cup of M&Ms arriving with your check.

It’s a tradition that started over 20 years ago and one we’ve proudly continued ever since. It’s a small gesture, but one that’s become part of the King Eider’s experience.

We played this guessing game five years ago, and now we’re bringing it back! We ran a report to see just how many pounds of M&Ms we went through in 2025. The number has changed—but by how much?

Drop your best guess in the comments for how many pounds of M&Ms we handed out last year. The closest guess will receive a $50 King Eider’s gift card!

We’ll reveal the answer and announce the gift card recipient on Friday, July 3.

One guess per person. In the event of a tie, the first correct guess across Facebook and Instagram wins.
