Update on our expansion! We are so close to being done with our bathroom! It has taken a little longer than we expected, but we are working with the county, several contractors and all have day jobs🤪 The trim and door are getting a coat of paint on them as well as the ceiling inside today, thanks to an amazing local Damascus company Wagner Painting! Once the painting is done we will have our concrete flooring epoxy seal coated/finished by and then plumbing and electrical can be completed!

✨Next Steps✨ We have applied for our permit to do the underground site work on the space where the future food carts will go (our gravel lot). We will be running conduits to all future food cart spots for their utility posts, and setting in place the holding tanks for grey water. Once those are complete the electrical and plumbing can be run to the food cart utility posts and food carts can be moved into place!

Once the food carts are moved from the exits part of the lot, we will be able to demolish the blue holding and extend and pave the rest of the parking area! Someone in there we will also add in more landscaping, some fencing, some signage and the pole barn building for the beer grading/seating area!

We are making progress, even though it feels like slow progress! It’s moving forward not backwards that’s for sure!

If you’re interested in having a food cart space at our lot, we will be opening up applications in the next few weeks to start the process of finding the most amazing food carts to add to our already fabulous ones! 🙌🏼

Let us know👇🏼what food carts you would like to see us add to our lot and we will do our best to bring them to Damascus!
