We're honored to be featured in the South Florida Sun Sentinel as part of the new PBS documentary, Legacy on a Plate: The Restaurants That Built South Florida. 💛🍦

The documentary celebrates the family-owned restaurants that have helped shape South Florida's culinary history, and we're incredibly proud that Jaxson's is among them.

As Linda Udell Zakheim shared, preserving the traditions started by her father, Monroe Udell, has always been at the heart of Jaxson's. From the homemade recipes to the nostalgic atmosphere, every detail is a tribute to the legacy he built nearly 70 years ago.

Thank you to Chef Michelle Bernstein, PBS, and the South Florida Sun Sentinel for helping share our story. And thank you to every guest who has been part of the Jaxson's family over the years. ❤️
