We didn’t come from the coffee world. No industry background, no roasting pedigree, no business degree telling us this was a good idea.

If you’re sitting on an idea right now telling yourself “I don’t have the experience for that” we want to be the counterexample. We didn’t either.

For a 2nd year in a row we were awarded CT Insiders Top 5 Best Coffee Shop & Roastery.

We didn’t get here because we knew the industry. We got here because we cared about doing one thing right and refused to compromise on it.

If you’ve got an idea and zero experience to back it up that’s not the obstacle you think it is. You just need the drive to start somewhere

Thanks to all of you for supporting our small town coffee shop and putting us on the map. We are so grateful for the community we have here and our wonderful staff who help build this space each day for all of you. Join us at Two Dogs ☕️

As we plan to expand and have some other exciting updates in the works for you, we are in need of some more caffeinators to join our team

Requirements:
1. You have to like people, we are peopley people and focus heavily on people and customer service
2. A good attitude and willingness to learn
3. Someone reliable and looking to be part of something more than just making a cup of coffee

A few things to note when applying
- 18+ years old to apply
- If you don’t complete the application fully you won’t be contacted
- We don’t respond to emails, DMs or phone calls regarding applications or application status(unless you need direction on where to apply)
