Join us April 16th for our next Supper Club as we talk about how everyday food choices can support long-term health.
Jan Liband, a nurtrition and sustainability expert, will kick things off with a short intro before we settle into a relaxed, guided conversation over dinner. We’ll cover common questions around protein, nutrients and shifting habits.
We will start with a meet and greet including a mocktail of your choice. Dinner will be a four-course, family-style sampling of Blossom & Root favorites.
